Terms of Service

Last updated: July 16, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Vidli, operated by Vidli (Rruga Ali Kelmendi, Prishtinë 10000, Kosovo) ("Vidli," "we," "us," or "our"), including the studio, media generation workflows, Ads Manager competitor analysis, project sharing, credits, and related account services.

The service

Vidli is an AI-powered creative platform that lets you create and manage projects, generate images and videos, edit and enhance media, run smart clipping workflows, create avatars or actor-based content, and analyze competitor advertising through Ads Manager. Features may depend on your plan, credit balance, account status, and provider availability. Vidli is available to users worldwide.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vidli. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you use Vidli on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Accounts and authentication

You may sign in using email and password, Google, Apple, or email magic links when those flows are enabled. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Vidli uses secure authentication cookies and backend API tokens with a default lifetime of 30 days. We may sign you out or revoke access if we detect security issues, abuse, or violations of these terms.

Your content and permissions

You retain responsibility for all prompts, scripts, uploads, generated outputs, avatars, likenesses, brands, audio, and other content you submit or share through Vidli. You must have all rights, permissions, and consents required to use that content, including rights for any people, voices, trademarks, or third-party media included in your projects.

You grant Vidli the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transform, display, and deliver your content solely to provide the service, including sending relevant inputs to configured AI and media-processing providers.

Acceptable use

You may not use Vidli to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others without permission, create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with service operation, circumvent credit or access controls, or misuse Ads Manager to process data you do not have a lawful basis to analyze.

AI-generated and processed output

Vidli uses multiple AI and media-processing providers to generate and transform content. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing, advertising, or relying on it commercially or legally.

We do not guarantee that generated results will be unique, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any specific purpose, including advertising compliance, medical, legal, or financial use.

Credits, billing, and plans

Many features consume credits from your account balance. Credit estimates may be shown before generation or analysis, but actual usage depends on the workflow, media length, provider path, and product settings in effect at runtime.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Plan features, pricing, credit allocations, auto-recharge behavior, and consumption rates may change over time. Paid plans renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled before the renewal date; you can cancel at any time in your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for unless we are required by law to collect them. You may request a full refund of your first purchase within 7 days of that purchase, provided you have not used any credits from it. Outside of this window, and for all renewals and subsequent purchases, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable unless required by law.

Free trials and promotions

From time to time, Vidli may offer free trials, promotional credits, or discounted plans. Additional terms specific to a trial or promotion, such as duration, credit limits, or conversion to a paid plan, will be presented at the time of the offer and form part of these terms. We may modify or end promotional offers at any time.

Ads Manager and competitor analysis

Ads Manager processes public advertising inputs you provide, such as Meta Ads Library URLs and related company identifiers, to generate competitor analysis reports. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to submit and use that information. Analysis results are provided for informational purposes and may be incomplete or outdated.

Project sharing

You may enable token-based share links for projects, optionally including assets and an expiration date. Anyone with an active share link may be able to access the shared content. You are responsible for managing, limiting, and revoking sharing when appropriate.

Third-party services

Vidli relies on third-party providers for authentication, payments, email delivery, cloud storage, hosting, and AI or media processing. Those services are subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Vidli at any time, including specific models, workflows, credit rules, or integrations. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any feature.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms were violated, the service is being misused, payment or credit issues occur, legal requirements demand it, or action is needed to protect users, the platform, or third parties. You may stop using Vidli at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidli is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidli and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vidli and its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Vidli will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Kosovo. If you access Vidli from outside Kosovo, you remain responsible for complying with your local laws, and mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may still apply notwithstanding this section.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide additional notice. Continued use of Vidli after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
